St. Paul Tells 2nd Circ. It Had No Duty In Phone Card Co. Suit

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 3:30 PM EST) -- St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. told the Second Circuit Thursday it had no duty to defend calling card provider Dollar Phone Corp. in a false advertising lawsuit because coverage was never triggered and, even if it was, a policy exception applied.
