Chinese Plywood Imports May Harm US Producers, ITC Says

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 4:31 PM EST) -- Hardwood plywood imports from China that are allegedly being sold at discount rates may be harming domestic plywood producers, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced Friday, saying the U.S. Department of Commerce will consequently continue with its anti-dumping and countervailing duties probes into the matter.
