Post-Election Onslaught Begins With 2 Big ACA Rules

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 4:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services moved forward Thursday on two major proposed rules – one governing health insurance exchanges and one on insurance market rules – fulfilling expectations that an onslaught of Affordable Care Act regulations would be released after the election.

HHS sent the two rules to the White House Office of Management and Budget, which reviews proposed and final regulations before they are released in the Federal Register.
