Kleiner Perkins Says Sex Bias Suit Belongs In Arbitration

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 7:30 PM EST) -- Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers LLC on Thursday kicked off its appeal of a California judge's decision denying the Silicon Valley venture capital firm's bid to send a female partner's sex discrimination suit to arbitration, saying the plaintiff signed seven different agreements that require arbitration.
