High Court Asked To Review HHS Test For Equipment Suppliers

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 1:58 PM EST) -- An appeals court's faulty ruling that upholds Medicare's requirement for financial background tests in the competitive acquisition of durable medical equipment will harm suppliers and gum up the bidding process, thanks to undisclosed standards for those tests, an industry group recently told the U.S. Supreme Court.
