Paper Co. Asks High Court To Clarify Price-Fixing Evidence Bar

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 7:02 PM EST) -- Paper company Stora Enso North America Corp. recently told the U.S. Supreme Court it should clearly define evidence standards for securing summary judgment in certain price-fixing cases, urging the high court to consider a challenge of an appeals court ruling against the company.
