Law360, Wilmington (November 14, 2012, 7:52 PM EST) -- A putative class of ex-employees suing “pink slime” maker AFA Foods Inc. asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Wednesday to deny the company an extension of its exclusivity period to file a Chapter 11 plan, repeating their call for a Chapter 7 conversion.
