Step Stool Patent Settlement Approved By Court

Law360, New York (November 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has approved a settlement between Dorel Juvenile Group Inc.’s Cosco unit and bankrupt ladder maker Werner Co. The settlement ends a patent infringement dispute over a folding step stool.

In an order issued Monday, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the settlement.
