Patton Boggs Claims Clients Flubbed Pipeline Transaction

Law360, Houston (November 14, 2012, 6:27 PM EST) -- Patton Boggs LLP on Monday told a Texas court that two executives at a client company failed to adequately review a contract that resulted in a bungled natural gas pipeline transaction and that they are to blame in a $1.3 million malpractice suit against the firm.
