Akin Gump Real Estate Malpractice Suit Revived

Law360, Dallas (November 14, 2012, 6:12 PM EST) -- A Texas appellate court on Wednesday ruled Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP shouldn’t have won summary judgment in a malpractice suit that alleges the firm overbilled a client in a lawsuit over hotel construction, sending the case back to a trial court.
