Bondholders Push For Payment On $1.4B Argentina Judgment

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 7:52 PM EST) -- Several private equity-backed bondholders who are seeking to speed up payment of a $1.4 billion judgment against Argentina asked a New York federal judge on Tuesday to clarify certain issues raised by the Second Circuit over the award, which Argentinian officials are allegedly planning to evade.
