St. Paul Says It Has No Duty In Okla. Toxic Waste Action

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 3:17 PM EST) -- St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. on Wednesday said it has no duty to cover oil and gas waste transporter Bear Productions Inc. in a proposed class action alleging the company polluted soil and water in Oklahoma with toxic waste from its operations.
