Hostess Threatens Liquidation If Strike Continues

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 10:01 PM EST) -- Two days after Hostess Brands Inc. shuttered three bakeries due to a strike, the bankrupt Twinkie maker threatened to convert its Chapter 11 proceedings to a liquidation if enough striking employees didn't return to work by Thursday evening.

Hostess said Wednesday that if enough employees don't return to work by 5 p.m. Thursday, it will file a motion in bankruptcy court Friday to liquidate the entire company.
