GOP Lawmaker Subpoenas HHS Docs On ACA Promotion

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 4:23 PM EST) -- Rep. Dave Camp, R-Mich., issued a subpoena Wednesday demanding documents from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on its use of taxpayer money to fund public relations campaigns promoting the Affordable Care Act, after the agency failed to voluntarily cough up the information.
