Texas Jury Splits Verdict In EMS Commanders' FLSA Suit

Law360, Dallas (November 16, 2012, 4:21 PM EST) -- A Texas federal jury issued a split verdict Thursday in an overtime suit brought by Emergency Medical Service commanders against the city of Austin, finding the employees weren’t paid on a salary basis but that their primary duties were executive or administrative work.
