Patriot Coal Gets 6-Month Extension To File Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 1:34 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge granted Patriot Coal Corp. a six-month extension of its exclusive right to file a Chapter 11 plan Thursday, which the debtor had argued was necessary to let it avoid having to formulate a reorganization plan prematurely.
