Proposed $15M FCA Settlement Dooms Fla. Biz Group

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 11:30 PM EST) -- A Florida-chartered small business authority said Thursday that it would wind down its business because it was unable to pay a proposed $15 million settlement in a False Claims Act suit brought by the U.S. government over alleged misuse of NASA and Economic Development Authority contracts.
