Hertz Must Sell Units In Exchange For $2B Thrifty Buy

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 7:24 PM EST) -- Hertz Global Holdings Inc. will have to sell some of its holdings, including its Advantage Rent A Car unit, in order to relieve antitrust concerns about its $2.3 billion purchase of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc., the Federal Trade Commission said Thursday.
