Walgreens Sued Over Managers' Pay Deductions

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 5:17 PM EST) -- Walgreen Co. was hit with a proposed class action in Arkansas federal court Thursday by three current and former lower management employees who claim the retailer failed to pay overtime and improperly docked their pay for missing less than a full day of work.
