Customs Broker Pleads Guilty To Skirting Import Taxes

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 1:47 PM EST) -- The president of the San Diego Customs Brokers Association pled guilty to customs fraud Thursday in California federal court for scheming to import to the U.S. more than $100 million in Chinese apparel and other foreign goods without paying import taxes.
