$77M CMS Anti-Fraud System Still Needs Work, GAO Says

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 1:34 PM EST) -- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services hasn't fully integrated a $77 million Medicare fraud prevention program into its claims payment system and hasn't yet set goals or measured benefits for the program, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office report made public Thursday.
