Pa. Lawmaker Seeks Authority Over Lottery Privatization Bid

Law360, Philadelphia (November 16, 2012, 3:43 PM EST) -- As Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett advances plans to hire a private manager for the state lottery, a top Democratic state lawmaker said Thursday that he would introduce legislation that would give the General Assembly the power to approve any privatization of government services.
