Chemical Cos. Still Fighting Over Turtle Bayou Cleanup

Law360 (November 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Though a federal court has already handed down judgment against chemical companies over the cleanup of the Turtle Bayou Superfund site, the parties are still battling over amendments to the court's order.

The dispute is over the Petro-Chemical Systems Inc. Superfund site, also known as Turtle Bayou, located 15 miles from Liberty, Texas, and 65 miles northeast of Houston.
