NLRB Fights To Revive Union Election Rule At DC Circ.

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 3:24 PM EST) -- The district court that said a National Labor Relations Board rule aimed at streamlining union elections was invalid because it was enacted without a required three-member quorum erred by not counting an abstaining board member, the NLRB told the D.C. Circuit on Friday.
