Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 9:21 PM EST) -- Better communication between Hostess Brands Inc. and the union representing its bakers might have led to a different outcome than the Twinkie maker's Friday decision to shutter its business and sell off its assets after it failed to resolve a workers' strike, attorneys say.
