Wis. Latest To Defer Health Insurance Exchange To Feds

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 1:50 PM EST) -- Citing concerns about long-term funding, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker on Friday announced he would defer to the federal government for construction of a health insurance exchange, adding to the sizable list of states shunning a pillar of the Affordable Care Act.
