Calif. High Court Won't Review Nursing Home Staffing Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 5:10 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday denied a petition by nursing home owner Covenant Holdco LLC to review an appellate court’s decision reinstating a suit brought by patients and residents accusing the company of inadequate staffing standards at its skilled-nursing facilities.
