US Contractor Jailed in Cuba Takes Aim At Those Back Home

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 7:27 PM EST) -- A government contractor sued the U.S. Agency for International Development and contracting company Development Alternatives Inc. in Washington federal court Friday, claiming their failure to warn him about the risks of his project in Cuba landed him a 15-year prison term there.
