Texas High Court Won't Rehear Landowner's $70M Taking Claim

Law360, Dallas (November 16, 2012, 6:06 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday said it would not reconsider its August decision to reject a landowner’s bid for up to $70 million from the state in compensation for wetland mitigation credits the landowner said it should have been able to sell.
