US Airways Pilots Union Wants Info On Possible AMR Merger

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 4:32 PM EST) -- The US Airline Pilots Association asked a New York bankruptcy judge Friday for permission to investigate a possible tie-up between American Airlines Inc. and US Airways Group Inc., saying the suitor airline's pilots union has been denied critical information about future labor arrangements.
