Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 5:42 PM EST) -- Hostess Brands Inc.'s fate remained uncertain Monday after a New York bankruptcy judge adjourned a hearing on its request to liquidate until Wednesday, urging the Twinkie maker and its bakers union to mediate differences that prompted the debtor to relinquish its reorganization bid as competitors eye its iconic brands.
