Enterprise Seeks FERC's OK On Rates For $1.4B ATEX Pipeline

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 10:38 PM EST) -- An Enterprise Product Partners LP unit on Wednesday asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to approve its proposed rate structure, which includes discounts for gas shippers that have made long-term commitments to its $1.4 billion ATEX Pipeline project.

Enterprise Liquids Pipeline LLC says its natural gas pipeline project has made long-term volume commitments to utilize or pay for the capacity on the pipeline available for shippers.
