O'Quinn Law Firm Wants Ironshore Silica Coverage Suit Axed

Law360, Chicago (November 16, 2012, 7:39 PM EST) -- The O'Quinn Law Firm asked a Texas federal court to dismiss Ironshore Indemnity Inc.'s lawsuit alleging it has no duty to defend or indemnify the firm in underlying litigation accusing it of overcharging and mishandling occupational silica exposure suits, saying the insurer's suit is premature.
