Vehicle Underwriters Accuse US Bank Of OT Pay Violations

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 5:22 PM EST) -- U.S. Bank NA was hit with a putative collective action in Arizona federal court Friday alleging it violated labor laws by failing to pay overtime to its vehicle insurance underwriters and not keeping accurate work records.

The lawsuit was filed by Carolyn Hart, a Phoenix resident who was employed by U.S. Bank as a vehicle underwriter from May 2005 to June, on behalf of herself and other similarly-situated individuals nationwide.
