Ex-DOJ Antitrust Acting Head Returns to Simpson Thacher

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 3:19 PM EST) -- The former acting head of the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, has returned to Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he will focus will include mergers and antitrust litigation, after leaving the department last week, the firm said Monday.
