House Dems, Ex-FCC Heads Blast Verizon's Net Neutrality Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 6:16 PM EST) -- Three Democratic House lawmakers and a group of former government officials last week shot back at Verizon Inc.'s argument to the D.C. Circuit that the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rules violate the First Amendment, claiming that this contention would block a broad range of necessary regulations.
