Northeast Dairy Farmers Win Class Cert. In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 8:36 PM EST) -- A Vermont federal judge on Monday certified a class of milk producers who claim industry cooperative Dairy Farmers of America Inc. conspired with major food companies to drive down prices in the Northeast.
