QBE Can't Nix Homeowners' Hurricane Wilma Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 6:02 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Friday rejected QBE Insurance Corp.'s effort to shoot down a Florida homeowner association's lawsuit alleging the company improperly estimated damage from Hurricane Wilma, saying the association complied with policy requirements and thus can sue.
