Apple Asks Fed. Circ. To Seal Sales Info In Samsung Patent Row

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 5:45 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Friday urged the Federal Circuit to seal certain financial information related to the sale of its devices that was included in its patent fight against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., saying its competitors will use the data to compete unfairly with Apple.
