Kodak, CVS End Row Over Kiosk Money, Extend Agreement

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 5:43 PM EST) -- Eastman Kodak Co. reached a deal Friday in New York bankruptcy court with CVS Pharmacy Inc., its retail services systems business' largest customer, under which CVS will set aside $4.5 million of the $10 million it owed Kodak and get an $18.4 million general unsecured claim.

Kodak and its affiliated debtors asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Allan L. Gropper to bless the deal and allow them to enter into new agreements with CVS that will preserve a relationship that is “a cornerstone to the debtors' retail systems...
