MetLife, Investor Acquire 55-Story Seattle Office Tower

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 7:51 PM EST) -- Insurance giant MetLife Inc. and an institutional investor have acquired a 55-story office tower in Seattle from a consortium of privately held real estate firms, MetLife and the investor's real estate adviser announced Monday.

The venture acquired 1201 Third Ave., a commercial property in Seattle's business district, from affiliates of Wright Runstad & Co., Beacon Capital Partners LLC and Shorenstein Properties LLC.
