CFTC Sums Up Fraud Claims Against Equity Financial

Law360, New York (November 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Reviewing evidence discussed at trial, the CFTC claims to have shown that commodity pool operator Equity Financial Group and two individual defendants should be held liable for their alleged involvement in a scheme that the CFTC says defrauded shareholders of millions of dollars.
