Foley Says DQ Bid In Glycine Duty Probe Is In Wrong Venue

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 5:50 PM EST) -- Foley & Lardner LLP said Monday that a D.C. federal court does not have jurisdiction to consider whether the firm's representation of Chinese glycine companies in a duty investigation conflicts with a Foley attorney's prior work for GEO Specialty Chemicals Inc.
