Civic Group Moves To Block LAX Light-Rail Expansion

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 4:53 PM EST) -- A Los Angeles community group on Monday submitted a motion for summary judgment in California federal court to block a $1.7 billion light-rail project to the city's largest airport, claiming local and federal agencies failed to properly evaluate the environmental impacts of part of the project.
