Ex-DuPont Chemist Sentenced For Stealing Data

Law360, New York (November 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former DuPont Co. chemist who pleaded guilty to stealing trade secrets from the chemical company will serve 18 months in federal prison and pay a $30,000 fine.

Gary Min, who is also known as Yonggang Min, received his sentence on Tuesday from the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He will begin serving his sentence at a prison in Ohio.
