Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 6:44 PM EST) -- A New York court can hear a lawsuit brought by several dozen victims of terrorist rocket fire in Israel alleging Lebanese Canadian Bank SAL enabled the attacks by financing Hezbollah through an American Express Bank Ltd. account, New York’s highest court ruled Tuesday.
