DC Circ. Says Hotel Unlawfully Refused Union Bargaining

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 6:24 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday upheld the National Labor Relations Board's ruling that a San Francisco hotel owner had violated federal labor law by refusing to bargain with a union based on a decertification petition that the employer had tainted by soliciting signatures.
