Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 2:49 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday denied the Sierra Club's bid to hold ExxonMobil Corp. liable for violating the Clean Air Act over pollution from its oil refinery complex in Baytown, moving the dispute closer to its early 2013 trial date.
