Enviro Group Calls Foul On Fresno Mine Project

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 6:58 PM EST) -- A California environmental group on Friday challenged the approval of an 886-acre mining and processing project near the city of Fresno and accused Fresno County of greenlighting the project despite environmental issues that don't meet California Environmental Quality Act standards.
