Texas Docs Can't Toss Chiropractor Rule Yet, Court Says

Law360, Dallas (November 21, 2012, 7:21 PM EST) -- A Texas appellate court on Wednesday dealt a blow to a doctors’ group seeking to invalidate an administrative rule it says wrongly gives chiropractors the right to practice medicine, remanding the case to trial court and noting that factual issues in the case needed to be addressed.
